Explanation: The house has a magnificent view but you have to pay for it !!!!!! with its beautiful washed concrete slope with 2 landings, you have to know how to drive.

In the American style, the house is not fenced in, so there's plenty of room for curious pooches. If you're a reluctant rider, the hill will give you the thighs of your dreams.

And last but not least, your little ones (children) are the most IMPORTANT thing. Bikes, rollerblades, skateboards and skateboards ...... should be banned from the downhill slope and, last but not least, there are unsafe watercourses in the garden. CAUTION THIS HOUSE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR FAMILY

Located in the heart of the landing beaches, you can enjoy beautiful walks on 8 km of fine golden sand of ST LAURENT SUR MER You will find a Coccimarket for your emergency shopping or buy bread and pastries 2kms.

In Trévières (8 km) you will find bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, hairdressers, florists, newsagents, doctors and a supermarket. Port en Bessin (9 km) has a Sunday morning market, a lovely walk around the port, restaurants and shopkeepers.
